Your capture count resets on the 1st of each month. Storage is persistent - it only frees up when files expire (after 7 days) or you delete them.

Yes, we require a work email (not Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) to ensure quality users and prevent abuse. This helps us keep the service fast and reliable for everyone.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
